1. What records can I access?

Grantor / grantee index is complete from December 11, 1972, starting with document #252909 being volume 313, page 404. Images are currently available from September 5, 1984 to present.

2. What equipment do I need?

You need Win98 or better, and Internet Explorer version 5.0 or better. A fast processor, modem and large, high-resolution screen are recommended. You also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to bring up document images. Be sure to use the Adobe toolbar, not the Internet Explorer toolbar, to print images. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download online.

3. What are the fees for a party name search?

You pay $5.95 for a "quick search" by party name, which gives you a list of the documents that person was a party to. Each search can give you up to 200 listings. You can look at the detailed information about each document free of charge. If you want to view an image, the cost is $0.50 per page (which includes the cost of printing).

4. What are the fees for other types of searches?

If you want to set up an account for $100 and do "advanced" searches by legal description, and/or document type and date range, each search will cost $6.79. Images are available with advanced searches just as with quick searches (see above). Each search can give you up to 200 listings. Accounts may be set up with your major credit card.
