It would be wonderful to walk to Sendik's from Cedarburg without having to walk on the edge of the road, which is dangerous at best. The Interurban bike trail does not go near Sendiks, and that bike trail is so busy with bicycles, dog walkers, families, etc so an alternative route would be well used.

Not a fan of round abouts but this intersection has become dangerous at certain times of the day. If you are trying to cross that intersection from East to West or turn from Lakefield to go NB or SB on Port its really dangerous. Traffic needs to be slowed and I think there is room for a round about to make that intersection safe.

From my experience, when sitting at the stop sign in the west leg of the intersection, it is very difficult to see vehicles approaching from the south, vehicles which currently do not have to stop at the intersection. It is especially difficult when in the left lane looking to turn left to go north. The vehicles on your right block what small vision triangle there is to see traffic from the south. I am certain that the intersection sight distance is well below the standard, and thus a stop sign for northbound traffic is warranted.
