Senior Dining Sites
We are committed to providing nutritious, sanitary, safe nutrition sites and fostering the well-being and health of participants, volunteers, and employees. Everyone is welcome. The dining sites shall be friendly, inviting places for senior citizens to congregate.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations and cancellations are required by noon two days in advance. Call 262-284-8136 or the number listed for each site below.
Meals are available to anyone at full cost of $9.80 and is posted at each site. Funding requirements limit participation at a suggested donation of $5 to persons age 60 or older or spouse of another diner 60 or older. If you are under 60 and disabled and wish to dine at a dining site at a donation rate, you will need to be an active volunteer.
On the Menu
Meals are required to meet specific nutritional guidelines for a general diet and are reviewed by a Registered Dietitian. They are delicious and good for you too! Don't eat alone or the same old sandwich and can of soup. Come to a dining site and dine with friends.
More Than Just a Meal
The ADRC wants to help you be healthy. To help accomplish that we provide nutrition education.
Information about good nutrition, recipes, safe food storage, and much more are a regular part of the ADRC Nutrition Program. Every person who participates at a dining site fills out a short registration tool to help them identify if they are at low, medium, or high nutritional risk. It's a great way to see how you can improve your eating or exercising habits or to reinforce your healthy lifestyle.
