Face-to-Face Jail Visits or Video Visits

Face-to-Face (through the glass) and off-site Video Visitation must be scheduled through the ICSolutions website listed below. All visitors must register. If your visitor does not have access to a computer, there is one in the lobby of the Jail for them to use for Registration and Scheduling.

Important Information on scheduling a visitation:
  • All visits have to be scheduled at least 16 hours in advance and up to two weeks in advance.
  • Face-to-Face visits are 30 minutes long.
  • Off-site video visits are 30 minutes long at a cost of $7.50.
  • Inmates can have two (2) Face-to-Face visits per week and two (2) off-site video visits per week.
  • Off-site visitation can only be done on Windows or Android operating systems.
  • To log into the Video Kiosk use your inmate number + your PIN (Same as making a phone call).
  • All Visitors must register at the website listed above.
  • If your family or friends have any issues scheduling or creating accounts, call the IC Solutions Video Support at               1 (888) 646-9437. Please DO NOT call the jail for issues with scheduling or registering. We will only direct you back to IC Solutions help line.
  •  All visits are recorded and monitored. Any violations of the visitation rules may result in termination of your visit and/or suspension of your visitation privileges and the privileges of your visitor.
