All four court officials are available to perform wedding ceremonies at the Justice Center Monday through Friday, as their calendars permit.

Please have the following information included in your email or ready at the time of calling:

• Preferred date

• County that will issue marriage license

• If you will be exchanging rings

• Approximate number of guests

You will need two witnesses over the age of 18 to attend the ceremony and sign the marriage license.

Judge Williams performs wedding ceremonies outside of business hours including weekends, at a location of your choice. The fee for a location wedding ceremony is $250.

Once you have scheduled your wedding ceremony, you will need to contact the County Clerk that will be issuing the marriage license.
