Admissions

Lasata Heights & Lasata Crossings tenants receive first priority for admission.  Ozaukee County residents and those having a family member of the applicant who has lived within the County for at least the immediate one (1) year prior to application for admission or having lived in the County for the majority of his her adult life will receive second priority.  Applicants with no county ties will be given the least priority.

The application process includes a waiting list kept by the Admissions Director.  Applicants are placed on the waiting list according to residency and the date the completed application was received.  In the event that an individual is offered a bed/placement and declines admission at that time, his/her name will be placed at the bottom of the active list or moved to the inactive list, whichever is agreed upon by the applicant, family and/or Admissions Coordinator.
