This is Mark's 16th show with PST; his 7th as orchestra director. Mark played trumpet in 7 other shows and this is his 21st show overall. He played trumpet for a dinner theater in Maryland, and community theaters in Panama Canal Zone and Illinois. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Music Education. Mark substitute teaches in 6 different school district during the day and works at Walmart at night. In his free time, he teaches private trumpet lessons, plays with the Port City Band, reads (sci-fi/fantasy) and is slowly learning how to play the violin (big fingers don't help). Mark is excited to be directing the orchestra once again with his wife, Lori in the pit. 'I'm living the dream!!'
