Aurora Health Care and Group Health Trust Clinic provides a wide range of services focused on health and wellness, including treatment for illnesses and injuries, exams, labs, immunizations, and other preventive services. The clinic offers extended day time hours, same day appointments, and no out-of-pocket costs to patients.

Who Can Use It
Aurora Health Care and Group Health Trust Clinic is available at no cost to Ozaukee County employees, spouses and dependents (ages 2 and up) who are enrolled in the County health insurance plan.

- Ear Wax removal
- Rashes/Acne/Minor skin infections

- Coaching Sessions (for wellness program)

- Wart removal (excludes facial)
- Adult Annual Physicals (excluding pap/pelvic and prostate exams)
- Sport and camp physicals

- TB skin tests
- Pregnancy tests
- Adult Wellness Vaccines and Flu shots (No wellness vaccines for children)
- Minor injuries (i.e. sprained ankle, tendonitis, knee pain, plantar fasciitis) that occur off duty
- Lab work, X-rays and EKGs available onsite
- Managing chronic diseases, such as:

- High blood pressure
- High Cholesterol
- Hypothyroid
- Anxiety/Depression

PA's perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret lab tests, perform procedures, as well as provide patient education and counseling.
