Committee Membership
  • Finance
  • Comprehensive Planning Board
Term Goal
We need to review our Strategic Plan which emphasizes 4 areas of focus: transportation, county government, human services, and quality of life.

Main Priority
The county will continue to face limited funding for its programs. We need to prioritize and effectively manage our services without losing sight of protecting the community and the individual.

Accomplishments
I have served on committees that have purchased land that is now the Lion's Den Nature Preserve, built Lasata Crossings Assisted Living facility, reduced the size of the board from 31 to 26 members and have chaired the Comprehensive Planning Board that oversaw the writing of the County Comprehensive Plan, 2035, Park and Open Space Plan and the Farmland Preservation Plan.
