As the Community, Natural Resources and Economic Development (CNRED) educator, Nicole designs and delivers educational programs and technical assistance to local/civic organizations, community leaders, businesses, and local government officials. He works to increase their ability to identify and solve problems through education, citizen participation, group process, and unbiased information.
