Waubedonia Park - Reservations

Thanks for your interest in making a reservation for utilizing the facilities at our park. Most facilities at the park (tennis courts, soccer field, boat launch, picnic / playground areas) are normally available to the public and do not require a group reservation. However, special event and/or group reservations for these facilities are sometimes needed. If you have any questions about reserving park facilities, booking special events, or current rental rates, please call the on-site caretakers office in advance at (262) 692-2825.

Reservations for campsite and pavilion use are always required. Reservations can be made for one of our 10 rustic campsites available at ten dollars per night. The camping season runs from the first Saturday in May through the third Saturday in October weather permitting. We also have a rentable open air pavilion with enough picnic tables to seat 100 people. Electricity, banquet tables, and a large out door grill are included with your reservation.

The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking. There is no booking available on our website.

Ozaukee County Planning and Parks Reservation Policies:

All fees are due prior to arrival at the park. Fee payments are to be submitted to or performed at the Planning and Parks Office, 121 W. Main Street, Port Washington, Wisconsin 53074, Room 220.

Twenty-Five (25) people or more constitutes a group. Maximum of five reservations allowed for any person or group per year.

Reservation fees for picnic areas vary, based on group size:

		RESIDENT	NON-RESIDENT
1	For a group of 25 to 50	$50.00	$100.00
2	For a group of 51 to 100	$70.00	$125.00
3	For a group over 100	$90.00	$150.00

A fee must accompany the application. Reservations must be applied for at least three (3) days prior to the planned use.

Please call the Planning and Parks Department for updated picnic area and pavilion availability.

The reservation fee for a camp site is $10.00 per night. Reservation fees for overnight camping permits may be issued for up to three (3) consecutive nights.

Multi-family or group bookings for camp site spots are also possible, based on availability. Reservations must be applied for at least three (3) days prior to the planned use.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. If reservation or change to reservation is not cancelled by this time, the full price fee will be automatically charged. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on the website.
