Father Zingsheim

Father Leo Zingsheim was a fixture in Cedarburg for many years.  He came to the community in 1943 to become the pastor of St. Francis Borgia Church and, while there, was responsible for the construction of the parish school and the school addition.  When St. Frances became overcrowded, Father Zingsheim worked to build Devine Word Church and became its pastor.  While in Cedarburg, he enjoyed late-night walks downtown.
