City Hall

The City Hall building on Mequon Street was erected in
1908 and served multiple purposes. The first floor housed
the fire department and Legion ambulance. The second floor
contained the public library, Light and Water Commission
office, city clerk’s office, council chambers and American
Legion meeting room. Most of these functions now have
separate buildings devoted to them, and the old City Hall
is now completely occupied by the fire department’s
Station 2. |
