Cedarburg’s principal landmarks- the five-story grist
mill, the Lincoln Building, various churches, and the old
water tower – are all visible in this period aerial
photograph. While new homes along Bridge Road in the
foreground suggest some small degree of development, the
community remained largely nestled along the banks of
Cedar Creek where it had been established more than one
hundred years before. |
