FIRST HALF OR FULL PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES ARE DUE ON
OR BEFORE JANUARY 31st TO YOUR LOCAL TREASURER |

If your tax bill qualifies and if you choose to pay your
taxes in installments, then you must pay each installment on
or before 5 working days of the January 31st due date or the
TOTAL amount of your remaining unpaid taxes, special
assessments, special charges and special taxes (if any) will
be delinquent (s.74.11(7) or 74.12 & 74.87, Wis. Stats.) All
delinquent taxes are subject to interest of 1% and penalty
of .5% per month (fraction of a month counts as a whole
month) from February 1 until paid.(s.74.47). Your payment
must be received by the municipal treasurer within 5 working
days of the due date. Due to variations in mail delivery
you may want to pay the installment in person to the
municipal treasurer on or before 5 working days after
January 31st.

OZAUKEE COUNTY ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE

County sends out postponed notices at the end of June which
includes a listing of the financial institutions who assist
with the second half tax collection. See listing below:
You must pay your second installment on or before 5 working
days of the July 31st due date or the TOTAL amount of your
remaining unpaid taxes will be delinquent. All delinquent

For proper credit to your parcel, please enclose the tear
off stub from your property tax bill or the tear off stub
from your postponed notice with your remittance or bring to
any walk-in location listed below. |
