On
Thursday, August 9, 2007, at 7:30 p.m. there will
be a meeting of the TOWN BOARD of the TOWN OF FREDONIA,
in the Town Hall, located at the rear of the Waubeka
Fire Department Bldg., W4114 River St., Waubeka (enter
west entrance). The Board will meet to
discuss/act on the items of business listed below:
1) Call to order/Roll call/Pledge of
Allegiance.
2) Minutes: Approve minutes of 7/12/07
Town Board meeting, and the 7/24/07 and 8/2/07 special
Town Board meetings.
3) Financial Report: Review and approve
financial report for July 2007.
4) Public comments; Public comments are
welcome but no action may be taken. Comments are limited
to three minutes per person; total time for all
comments is 30 minutes. Public comments will not be
allowed after this time unless requested by the chair.
5) Building Inspector’s report:
6) Bartender Licenses: Bill Eischen for Five
Pillars and Theodore Kervin for Glory Days Bar and
Grill.
7) Conditional Use Permit: Discuss and approve
Random Lake Rod and Gun Club CUP application.
8) Land Division and Zoning Change: Discuss
and approve change from A1 to A2 for Peter Feider
property located at N6343 Hwy I, Section 15, Town of
Fredonia, Ozaukee County, WI on the official zoning map
of the Town of Fredonia.
9) Discuss Zoning change: Possible change to
allow two family dwellings in R-2 zones.
10) Commercial Building Inspector:
Review Ordinance and
preliminary contract.
11) Comprehensive Plan Chapter XII: Review and
act on categories or types of new businesses and
industries desired by the Town for inclusion in the
economic development element (Chapter XII) of the
Comprehensive Plan.
12) Siren Repair: Update on replacement of
siren at Little Kohler.
13) Complaint Follow Up: Jason Wilmont, N5095
Country Lane, excessive vehicle storage on property.
14) Complaint Follow Up: Ray Kirmse, N5095
Hickory Road, excessive vehicle storage on property.
