Ozaukee County Banner All counties in the state of Wisconsin were asked to provide a county banner to hang in the new Exposition Building at the Wisconsin State Fair this past summer. The Ozaukee County Agricultural Society asked Cary Schoessow, owner of Letters & Signs in Mequon, to design and make the Ozaukee County banner. Cary donated her time for this project and the Ag Society paid for the materials.
Cary is a 4-H Volunteer leader and her children are active members in the Lindenwood 4-H Club. In her youth, Cary was a member of the Little Kohler 4-H Club and was active in the drawing and painting and beef projects. She is the daughter of Rich and Evelyn Rathke from the Fredonia/Waubeka area. |
