H1N1 "swine" FLU INFORMATION &  IMMUNIZATION UPDATES

Please call the Public Health Department at (262) 238-8170 to schedule an appointment to receive the free H1N1 vaccine.

  • The H1N1 Vaccinations are Free.
  • If you have an egg allergy, you are NOT able to receive the vaccine
  • If you have a fever over 100 degrees, you are NOT able to receive the vaccine
  • Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Pneumonia vaccine and a limited number of Seasonal Flu vaccines are available. Prices are: Pneumonia - $40; Adult Seasonal Flu - $28;

Children 6 mo – 18 yrs Flu - $7
