Health Check

The objective of the program is to provide preventative health examinations for infants, children and young adults under age 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid. Services include: growth and development, health history, vision and hearing screening, assessment of physical, dental and nutritional needs, blood pressure, immunizations as needed, blood hemoglobin testing and lead testing for children 6 months through 5 years. Referrals are made to appropriate professional services when indicated. Examinations are held by appointment at the Administration Center.
