2012-2013 Influenza Information

The Ozaukee County Public Health Department has influenza vaccine available for clients age 6 months of age through adult. The Health Department accepts Medicaid, Medicare Part B and some Medicare Advantage Plans. The Health Department will need to see the client’s Medicare card or Advantage Plan insurance card. We are not able to bill private insurance. The cost of the flu vaccine is $28. Low income cost options may be available for children age 18 and under. Vaccine is available at any of the clinics listed below or walk-Ins are welcome at our office anytime Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 4:00pm. If you have any questions please call (262) 284-8170.
