With 245 activated charcoal kits distributed this year, 62% of participating residents responded by testing their homes for radon.  Of 152 test results, 46 had radon levels that could constitute a health risk, resulting in nearly one out of every three homes tested showing radon levels at or above the US EPA standard of (4 pCi/L).

Purchase a radon kit from the Health Department.
