On Monday July 18, 2005, Governor Doyle
announced his veto of the State Legislatures removal of Comprehensive
Planning (Smart Growth), Stewardship Funds and Landfill Tipping fee
reductions in the 2005/2006 Biennium Budget. This event was held at
