Scholarship Recipient Announced!
Applications submitted by Ozaukee County Area High School Seniors for the Harold C. Dobberpuhl Memorial Scholarship were reviewed by the scholarship committee and decision was made as to the recipient for 2010.

The $400 scholarship is awarded annually to a student who follows a career path in government public service, public administration or that of Harold’s many interests to include historic preservation, photography, graphic arts, historic restoration, history re-enactment or history education.  Academic achievement, career path, extra curricular activity and service to the community are all aspects considered in awarding the annual scholarship.

This year, we’re pleased to announce that the award has been presented to Jacy E. Taylor who recently graduated from Grafton High School. Jacy has a passion for graphic design and photography and will be attending Brigham Young University. Her parents are Eric and Susan Taylor of Grafton.
