Applications submitted by Ozaukee
County Area High School Seniors for the Harold C. Dobberpuhl Memorial
Scholarship were reviewed by the scholarship committee and decision was
made as to the recipient for 2010.
The $400 scholarship is awarded annually to a student who follows a
career path in government public service, public administration or that
of Harold’s many interests to include historic preservation,
photography, graphic arts, historic restoration, history re-enactment or
history education. Academic achievement, career path, extra
curricular activity and service to the community are all aspects
considered in awarding the annual scholarship.
This year, we’re pleased to announce that the award has been presented
to Jacy E. Taylor who recently graduated from Grafton High School. Jacy
has a passion for graphic design and photography and will be attending
Brigham Young University. Her parents are Eric and Susan Taylor of
Grafton.
Tax-deductible donations for the O.C.H.S.Harold C. Dobberpuhl Memorial
Scholarship fund may be specified and sent to the society mailing
