Lasata Study

In October 2003, the Ozaukee County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 03-46 authorizing the Lasata Board of Trustees to analyze Lasata Care Center and Lasata Heights current operations and prepare a Long-Range Plan. This site is dedicated to the development of the Lasata Care Center Long-Range Plan and to provide the citizens of Ozaukee County a forum to gather information regarding the plan and its process.

The Long-Range Plan will examine Lasata's role as a county operated nursing home by:

  • Assessing Lasata’s Current Operations and Facility
  • Analyzing and Projecting Local Market Conditions and Trends
  • Analyzing and Projecting Expenditures and Revenues
  • Evaluating Lasata’s Current Mission and Scope
  • The intent of the Long-Range Plan is to furnish the Ozaukee County Board, as well as, our citizens an understanding of the current state of the Lasata Campus to allow for informed participation in determining how Lasata will operate in the future.
