Directory of Services
Aging and Disability Resource Center
of Ozaukee County maintains a Directory of Services for our
clients use to help them connect with local services to meet
their needs. This Directory is updated annually and we are
always interested in including new providers.
To be considered for inclusion an
organization must:
- Have been providing services in Ozaukee County for
at least one (1) year;
- Complete a Request for Information form and return
to the ADRC.
- Provide 2-3 references from Ozaukee County residents
for your organization.
Completing the Request for
Information form does not in any way guarantee inclusion in
the Directory of Services. All requests are reviewed by the
ADRC of Ozaukee County Director for inclusion.
Approved organizations will be added
to the Directory during the next update. Organizations
failing to update their information may be removed.

Elder Law Attorney Referral List
The Aging and Disability Resource
Center maintains a list of Attorney's in Ozaukee County that
provide Elder Law services.

Ozaukee County Consortium
The Ozaukee County Aging Consortium is comprised of
professionals from organizations who provide supportive
services to older adults living in Ozaukee County.
These individuals are devoted to improving the lives of
older adults. The Consortium serves as a means to
connect these professionals for educational and networking
opportunities. The make-up of the Ozaukee County Aging
Consortium includes supportive home-care agencies,
residential facilities, adult day service agencies, health
organizations, legal advocates, public non-profit agencies,
and others.
The Ozaukee County Aging Consortium meets on a quarterly
basis and brings together every sector of care and all
levels of professional service to learn from one another,
address constituent needs and offer opportunities for
collaboration.
