Our mission is to provide a one stop source of information and assistance for older adults, adults with disabilities, their families, friends, and caregivers by linking them with resources and services that enable them to live as independently as possible.

 
Nutrition Programs

The purpose of the Nutrition Programs in Ozaukee County is to reduce food insecurity, to promote socialization of older adults and to promote health and well-being. Individuals 60 years and better are encouraged to participate. The Nutrition Programs are funded by Federal Older Americans dollars, state grants, local tax levy, and participants donations.

Ozaukee County has 8 Senior Dining sites located throughout the county. Home Delivered Meals are available to home bound seniors. For the current menu, click here.

The Ozaukee County Nutrition Program appreciates the help of local volunteers. For more information on becoming a volunteer click here.

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Ozaukee County meets regularly to discuss issues related to the Nutrition program, capture feedback from consumers, and be part of planning for the future.

Nutrition Education and Emergency Planning information is provided to individuals who participate in the programs.
