What's for Lunch?

Meals are required to meet specific nutritional guidelines for a general diet and are reviewed by a Registered Dietitian. They are delicious and good for you too! Don't eat alone or the same old sandwich and can of soup. Come to a Dining Site and dine with friends. Click here to view our current menu.

It's more than Just a Meal!

The ADRC wants to help you be healthy. To help accomplish that we provide Nutrition Education.

Information about good nutrition, recipes, safe food storage, food and drug interactions, and much more are a regular part of the ADRC Nutrition Program. Every person who participates at a dining site fills out a short evaluation tool to help them identify if they are at low, medium, or high nutritional risk. It's a great way to see how you can improve your eating or exercising habits or to reinforce your healthy lifestyle.
