Role & Services


Free clinic for Ozaukee County residents age 18 and over who have limited income and who have no health insurance. 

Services include:
  • No physical exams for the purpose of school, employment, or surgery
  • No pregnancy testing

Memory Minders, LLC

Memory Minders is a group memory enhancement program for adults experiencing early memory loss. This interactive program is designed to maintain memory through education and mental, physical, and creative activities all in a social engaging setting.
