Homemaker Services

The Long Term Support Division employs one homemaker that assists clients throughout the week. Some of the clients receive homemaking services more than once per week. If we had no homemaker services coming in to these individual's homes to clean and organize their space, these individuals would be evicted because they are not able to keep their home clean and safe.

The Department of Human Services bills the Family Care Program's Care Management Organization, Community Care, Inc. for the homemaking services that are provided to the clients enrolled in the Family Care Program. Our homemaker also frequently serves the most vulnerable elderly and disabled citizens in Ozaukee County. Many of these individuals are found to be in need of Adult Protective Services. This program's capacity is limited.
